A wedding ceremony without the ceremony

If you’re after a long, formal wedding ceremony rich with tradition, I’m probably not your girl. However if you’re thinking of a more relaxed affair, with your close family and friends sharing a laugh and a smile – we could be a good match. I seek to create a happy, intimate and fun atmosphere. Basically a sweet ceremony without all the (pomp and) ceremony.

Keep it real

I won’t deliver long readings about the meaning of love. I won’t regurgitate your life story to the people who already know it. I won’t use the words “journey” or “unity” unless I absolutely have to. What I will do is create a simple, sweet  ceremony that uses real language and focuses on you.

It’s all about you

I’ll meet with you (coffee? tea? wine?), talk to you and understand who you both are and what you both want. From there, we’ll craft a ceremony that is fresh, personal and unique. In my thinking, your wedding ceremony should be a true reflection of you and your personality as a couple.

It’s a celebration

Weddings are happy occasions! Let’s add a little quirk, spark and life to your ceremony, engage your guests and fell a sense of celebration. I want you all to smile and laugh and for everyone to feel part of proceedings.

The serious bit

So getting hitched isn’t all about the cocktails and the bunting (although to be fair, both are important considerations). There’s also some important legal requirements for entering into marriage. Luckily I’m completely clued up on the paperwork and take this part of my duties very seriously so I can help and guide you through the entire process.
